L5 Navigation Systems AB, a leading company in positioning technology for machine control and GNSS surveying, accelerates its Swedish growth journey through the acquisition of Lundaman Instrument AB.
L5 Navigation Systems has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Lundaman Instrument AB. Lundaman develops and sells advanced weighing systems for wheel loaders and forklifts and is, with over 30 years of experience, one of Sweden’s foremost suppliers in the segment. The company is based in Malmö and offers a full-suite solution comprising hardware, proprietary software, installation, service and training, with a large installed base in the Swedish market.
With Lundaman, the L5 group gains a proprietary product base in weighing and material handling that complements the existing offering in machine control and positioning. The acquisition strengthens L5’s position as a full-service provider for machine operators and enables continued expansion into the forklift segment. Lundaman’s management team, led by Sebastian Windahl, will continue to lead the business going forward.
