Revivo Group continues its growth journey and enters the Norwegian market through the acquisition of Solidenergy.

Solidenergy is a leading provider of surface treatment services, with more than 50 years of history in the Norwegian market. The company operates within the energy, offshore and infrastructure sectors and is headquartered in Ågotnes outside Bergen. Solidenergy employs approximately 600 people.

The acquisition establishes Revivo Group in the Norwegian market and creates a platform for continued expansion. The Norwegian market is characterized by strong activity within energy, offshore and infrastructure – sectors exposed to technically demanding and harsh environments.

Solidenergy’s current management will continue to lead the business as part of Revivo Group.

The terms of the transaction are not disclosed.
