Sustainability is integrated into our investment strategy, and we work closely with our portfolio companies to address environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters.

Helix Kapital III is an Article 8 fund that promotes environmental and social characteristics but does not formally commit to making sustainable investments as defined under the EU’s Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) ((EU) 2019/2088).

Helix Kapital is a signatory to the UN Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI). As part of this commitment, we promote responsible ownership and increased transparency. More information about PRI can be found here.
