Xamera acquires Integrify Oy, a leading Finnish provider of technology-focused, contract-to-hire-based talent supply to the industrial, defence and tech sectors. The acquisition creates a Nordic platform that promotes accelerated growth in both the Swedish and Finnish markets.
Integrify is the market leader in Finland within technology-focused, contract-to-hire-based consulting solutions at the mid and senior level. Using proprietary, AI-based technology solutions, the company matches a quality-assured talent pool against customer needs with unmatched precision and speed. Through its strong relationships with fast-growing Finnish companies, Integrify has demonstrated very high growth over the past years.
Through the acquisition, Xamera broadens the group's offering and geographic reach, and strengthens its position within the shared customer segments. Together, significant synergies are created within talent supply, sales and shared support functions. Xamera thereby entrenches its position as the leading Nordic platform for technology-focused, contract-to-hire-based talent supply.
”Integrify and Xamera share the same data-driven and relationship-based business model and complement each other well geographically and in terms of offering. Through the acquisition, we take an important step towards building a leading Nordic platform within technology-focused, contract-to-hire-based consulting solutions.” says Tobias Lindström, CEO of Xamera Group.
”We have built Integrify into a leading technology-focused talent supply company in Finland, with a data-driven business model that creates significant value for both candidates and customers. Demand for technical competency continues to grow rapidly, and as part of Xamera Group we gain the strength and platform to further accelerate our growth.” says Janne Muurinen, CEO of Integrify.
Financial terms of the transaction are not disclosed.
