Revivo Group continues its growth journey by entering the Finnish market through the acquisition of Haapanen.

Haapanen is an experienced and established specialist company with a long track record in delivering surface treatment services for customers within manufacturing, defense, and infrastructure. The company’s services are performed in its own premises and include blasting, powder coating, wet painting, and passive fire protection. Haapanen is based in Pirkkala, with a customer base spanning across Finland.

The acquisition marks Revivo Group’s entry into the Finnish market and strengthens the group’s capacity and expertise within industrial surface treatment projects.

Haapanen's current management will continue to operate the business as part of Revivo Group.

The terms of the transaction are not disclosed.
