The acquisition of Premator’s operations in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark marks Revivo Group’s first establishment in Denmark and strengthens the Group’s position in the Nordic market.
Premator is a well-established provider of advanced surface treatment services with extensive experience in blasting, protective coating, and related services. The company operates in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark and has a strong position in technically demanding projects and environments, serving customers across the marine, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
Through the acquisition, Revivo Group strengthens its presence in the Nordic market while broadening the Group’s expertise, capacity, and customer base. Premator’s operations complement Revivo’s existing companies well and create further opportunities for collaboration and knowledge sharing across the Group. Following the transaction, Revivo Group will have pro forma annual sales of above SEK 1,250 million and more than 800 full-time employees (FTEs) across the Nordic region.
