Nordisk Ytbehandling is a well-established surface treatment services provider specializing in blasting, corrosion protection painting and passive fire protection, with an established customer base within the industrial and infrastructure sectors. The company is headquartered in Nyköping, Sweden.

The acquisition strengthens the group’s capacity and market position in Sweden and deepens its expertise within industrial and infrastructure projects.

Nordisk Ytbehandling’s current management will continue to lead the business as part of Revivo Group.

The terms of the transaction are not disclosed.
