Revivo Group, a comprehensive provider of surface treatment services, strengthens its market position in Sweden through the acquisition of Lejon Entreprenad.
Lejon Entreprenad is a well-established specialist company offering qualified services within surface treatment, including industrial painting, corrosion protection, and FROSIO inspections. The company was founded in 2014 and has since established itself as a trusted provider through projects for, among others, the Swedish Transport Administration (Trafikverket) and the Swedish Maritime Administration (Sjöfartsverket). The company is based in Kungälv and primarily works with clients in the public sector as well as construction and steelwork companies.
Through the acquisition of Lejon Entreprenad, Revivo Group strengthens its presence in the Swedish market. Lejon Entreprenad’s strong expertise complements Revivo Group’s existing capabilities and contributes to broadening the Group’s capacity and experience within bridge, marine, and industrial projects.
Lejon Entreprenad’s current management will continue to lead the business as part of Revivo Group.
