Spring Media Group strengthens its Western European presence in Benelux through the acquisition of Athletic Sports Group and Fight Globe. The combination is another strategically important step in the group's growth plan to expand geographically, and together with the acquisition of Hogmore announced last week the group now has a leading position in Northern Europe. Furthermore, ASG and FG complement the group's current sports offering with the fast-growing fight sports segment. There are clear synergies to capitalize on with high potential for cross-selling as well as increased exposure for the group's streaming service both geographically and to new sports.
