Since 2018, Heda has acquired Heab Stängsel AB (2018), Upplands Stängsel AB (2019), Syd Stängsel i Helsingborg AB (2021), Teknoinfra Oy (2022), MSS Nordic AB (2022), and M&M Stängsel Service AB (2022). Now, Tuna Stängsel is part of the Group, which means that Heda has a turnover of some SEK 670m and 220 employees.

Heda Security has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Tuna Stängsel AB. The Mälardalen region, and Eskilstuna in particular, represents an attractive and expanding market for perimeter security, where Tuna Stängsel AB is a key player with revenue of just over SEK 17 million. Magnus Magyar and Jimmy Nilsson will continue to lead the business from its locations in Eskilstuna and Södertälje. Through this acquisition, Heda Security strengthens its market presence in the southern Stockholm-Mälardalen region.
