Heda Security, the leading Nordic installation and service provider of perimeter security, continues its rapid growth journey. Since 2018, Heda has acquired Heab Stängsel AB (2018), Upplands Stängsel AB (2019), Syd Stängsel i Helsingborg AB (2021), Teknoinfra Oy (2022), and MSS Nordic AB (2022). Now, M&M Stängsel Service AB is part of the Group, which means that Heda has a turnover of some 600 million SEK and 200 employees.
Heda Security has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in M&M Stängsel Service AB. The Stockholm region is an attractive and expansive market for area protection where M&M Stängsel Service is an important player with a turnover of just over SEK 25 million and has 15 employees. Mikael Bartsch, Marcin Kawski and Daniel Rycharski continue to manage the business from the establishment in Skogås. Through the purchase, Heda Security strengthens its market presence in southern Stockholm-Mälardalen.
