Heda Security, Sweden’s leading installation and service provider of perimeter security, continues its rapid growth journey. 

Since 2018, Heda has acquired Heab Stängsel AB (2018), Upplands Stängsel AB (2019), Syd Stängsel i Helsingborg AB (2021), and Teknoinfra Oy (2022). Now, MSS Nordic AB is part of the Group, which means that Heda has a turnover of some 470 million SEK and 180 employees.

Heda Security has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in MSS Nordic AB. Southern Sweden represents an attractive and expanding market for perimeter security, where MSS is a key player with revenue of just over SEK 30 million. MSS’s primary focus on mobile perimeter security solutions complements Heda’s existing offering. MSS’s management team, led by David Petkovic, will continue to run the business from Helsingborg.
