Heda Security acquires Teknoinfra Oy

Heda Security, Sweden’s leading installation and service provider of perimeter security, continues its rapid growth journey.

In 2018 Heab Stängsel AB was acquired, in 2019 Upplands Stängsel AB was acquired, in 2021 Sydstängsel i Helsingborg AB was acquired, and now Teknoinfra Oy is part of the Group. This means that the Heda now has a turnover of some 440 million and 170 employees.

Heda Security has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Teknoinfra Oy. The Finnish market is a natural next step in Heda Security's expansion. Finland is an attractive and expansive market for area security where Teknoinfra is an important player with a turnover of approximately EUR 5 million and 20 employees. Teknoinfra's management with Jukka Tasku and Olli Voutilainen at the forefront will continue to lead the business from Tuusula.

"We at Teknoinfra look forward to working together with our professional colleagues in Heda and to further strengthen our market share in Finland. Together we will be able to deliver even better quality and be part of a Scandinavian network of knowledge, experience and wisdom. In addition, we can see synergies in purchasing and technology development", says Jukka Tasku, CEO of Teknoinfra.

"Through the acquisition of Teknoinfra Oy, we further strengthen our position as the leading company in the Nordic region and Sweden in the installation and service of area security with a focus on high security. We get a very solid experience of area security through the colleagues in Teknoinfra Oy. Thanks to our recent acquisition of Teknoinfra, we are embarking on a Nordic expansion and have a very strong platform to build on in Finland", says Håkan Fälting, CEO of Heda Security.
