Heda Skandinavien ("Heda"), a leading company within installation and service of perimeter protection, has acquired Helix Kapital ("Helix") as new majority shareholder. The current management of Heda will remain as a significant minority shareholder and will, together with Helix as an active owner, drive a strategy for continued expansion.
Since its founding just over 20 years ago, Heda has established itself in Sweden as one of the leading installers of perimeter security systems, with a focus on high-security solutions for the public sector and corporate clients. Heda specializes in the installation and maintenance of fencing, gates, access control systems, and surveillance systems for perimeter security and protection.
