Heda Skandinavien acquires Upplands Stängsel AB and becomes Sweden's largest company in area security
Heda Skandinavien, Sweden's leading company in installation and service of perimeter security, continues its rapid expansion. On 18 November 2018, the Group acquired Heab Stängsel AB and now Heda is acquiring Upplands Stängsel AB. The acquisition means that Heda now has a turnover of just over SEK 340 million and 150 employees.
Heda Skandinavien has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Upplands Stängsel AB. The transaction was fully completed on January 24, 2019. Since its founding in 2004, Upplands Stängsel has become one of the country’s leading players in the field of perimeter fencing and currently has 30 employees and annual revenue of SEK 80 million. Upplands Stängsel’s CEO, Magnus Lind, will continue to lead the business from Arlandastad, with branches in Uppsala, Österhaninge, and Falun.
