Trinax Group, one of the leading Nordic providers of digital tools for the construction and field service sector, strengthens its market position through the acquisitions of Scudo Solutions Oy and AddMobile AB. The two acquisitions broaden the Group’s offering across the entire value chain – from the client’s budgeting and cost estimation to the contractor’s field operations – while at the same time expanding the Group’s geographic presence in Finland.
Scudo Solutions, founded in 2012 and headquartered in Espoo, is one of Finland’s leading providers of niche software for project and cost management. Its cloud-based platform Scudo Pro is used primarily by enterprise customers within real estate, industry and construction, and has handled more than 50,000 projects.
AddMobile, founded in 2004 and headquartered in Malmö, is a leading Swedish provider of software for work order management through its proprietary product Workorder. Workorder is used primarily by installation and service companies, adding a new customer segment to the Group's portfolio.
The acquisitions reinforce Trinax Group’s digital ecosystem for the Nordic construction sector. The management teams of Scudo and AddMobile will continue to lead their respective businesses and will become an integrated part of the Group going forward.
