The acquisition of Struqtur broadens the Group’s ability to serve a wide range of construction businesses – from small firms to larger contractors – with solutions tailored to simplify their daily operations, regardless of size. The combined group will realize significant synergies in product development, sales, and customer support. As a result, the Trinax Group continues to strengthen its role as one of the largest and fastest-growing players in the Swedish market for digital tools within the construction and field service sectors. Struqtur’s management team, led by CEO Paiam Ataei, will continue to run the business.
