Jiricom develops and delivers tracking units within fleet management. The product offering consists of vehicle telematics, tracking transmitters and machine tracking products. Founded in 2015, Jiricom has established itself as an industry pioneer with over 10,000 installed units in both the private and public sectors.

Through the acquisition of Jiricom, Trinax gains a proprietary hardware and software suite within fleet management that complements the current offering. The clear synergies provide good opportunities to further accelerate the group’s growth journey. Jiricom's management, led by Jimmy Thörnlöf, will continue to operate the business, and join as shareholders in the Trinax group.
