L5 Navigation, a portfolio company of Helix Kapital, acquires GeoFix
L5 Navigation Systems AB (“L5 Navigation”), a leading provider of high-precision machine control solutions and GNSS-technology, accelerates its growth journey through the acquisition of GeoFix AB, including its operations in Finland.
L5 Navigation has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in GeoFix AB as well as its operations in Finland. GeoFix is a leading online distributor of machine control systems and GNSS equipment in the Nordics. The acquisition will provide L5 Navigation with a strengthened online distribution channel and a wide range of complementary products, thereby creating a one-stop-shop offering towards its customers. The management of GeoFix, headed by Tomas Persson, will continue to lead the business and become a shareholder in the L5 group.
